We are fully committed to ethical and responsible manufacturing. We want to
thank our customers, suppliers and stakeholders who have supported us in this effort,
and we commend those who have also spoken out against forced labor in the Xinjiang
Uyghur Autonomous Region (XUAR).
Next Level Apparel requires all suppliers to confirm they are not using materials or labor
from the XUAR. Violation of our policy may result in the termination of our business
relationship. The company also requires suppliers to share Country of Origin certificates in
order to verify where their cotton originated. Most combine cotton from multiple sources
around the world but they understand we will not tolerate cotton from the XUAR to be
included in their mix.
Next Level Apparel collaborates with multi-stakeholder working groups to preserve the
integrity of our global supply chains and address this critical global issue. We have made
significant progress as part of an ongoing effort to avoid even unintentionally using
cotton from forced labor. In addition, the company is aggressively implementing a
near-shore sourcing strategy that utilizes 100% U.S. cotton.
Thank you to everyone who continues to support this cause.
